The Residence
Ideally located certainly one of the prettiest of the small seaside resorts of the French Riviera, two blocks from the beaches and the city center of Beaulieu-sur-mer, The Residence Carlton has been completely renovated in January 2023 and offers 27 studios up to 4 persons about 32 sqm², a Suite of 70 sqm², accommodating up to 7 people, a Penthouse flat with 100 sqm² with 100 sqm² terrace accommodating up to 8 people.

Our serviced apartments are the perfect blend of aparthotel and hotel. They combine all the modern comforts of a construction of high standing with hotel quality facilities such as the reception which welcomes you from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (and 24/24 in case of emergency)

The breakfast moment
Start the day with a breakfast, installed in the large room with a soothing view of the Mediterranean garden. A moment of relaxation in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural setting.
The Continental Buffet is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
For more convenience, you have the possibility of composing your breakfast yourself and bringing your tray to your room or to your terrace.

Reception
Reception is open every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with night shifts if necessary.

- Departure: before 11:00 a.m. (otherwise 1 additional night will be charged)

AT YOUR SERVICE
Hotel services
The cleaning service is included for stays of more than 3 nights: change of towels on the 3rd day, change of sheets and towels and cleaning of the apartment on the 7th day.
A Hotel Service supplement (change of dirty towels, remade beds, cleaning) can be requested at the price of 30€ per day.
Services on request: baby-sitting, massages.

Children under 12 stay free. A cot loan is possible for children under 3 years old
The tourist tax is calculated on the price of the night (4.02% on the price excluding VAT of the apartment within the limit of €5.36 per person per day).
